Austin ’s Inn Place is pleased to host your romantic weekend excursion, relaxing Kentucky getaway, or business or family visit. We are also excited to host guests for the very special Louisville event, The Kentucky Derby! In order to ensure your stay with us is pleasant, a few simple policies have been established, to facilitate the process:

We require reservations in advance (no walk-ins, please), with a credit card to hold your room. You may securely book online by clicking through on the "Availability/Reservations" button on any page. If you prefer, we will take your information by phone between the hours of 9am and 9pm daily. We pride ourselves on being accessible to our guests and try diligently to answer the phone. On the rare occasion you reach our voice mail, please leave a message and phone number. We are truly unavailable, at that moment, and will call back as promptly as possible.

Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to check-in will incur no charge. A re-booking charge of $50 will be billed to your credit card, if cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled check-in. No show guests will be charged for one night stay at the booked rate.

Check-in time is 3 pm, check-out is 12 noon. We are flexible pending booking commitments. Your estimated arrival time is requested at booking. Because there are just the two of us innkeepers (no night clerks), it is very important that you inform us of significant changes to your arrival plans, to be sure we are here to greet you.

Arrangements for special events may be coordinated, in advance of your arrival, with the innkeepers. We can be your wedding reception location, your honeymoon destination or just a great place for any occasion that deserves extra attention. Preview and planning visits welcome.
Kentucky Derby 2012
Kentucky Derby weekend is a very special time in Louisville. Like most inns and hotels, we offer our accommodations in specially priced packaged promotions. Included are three nights lodging at Austin’s Inn Place. We compliment our luxurious guest rooms and sumptuous daily breakfast with a Thursday night welcome dinner party. You will be treated to mint juleps, gourmet hors d’oeuvres and dinner buffet.
Choose a queen bed room ($1500), king bed room ($1650) or king bed hot tub ($1800). State and local taxes of 14.5% are applicable.
Derby event package pricing is applicable May 3, 4, 5, 2012. We request a 50% deposit, at booking, with the balance due by January 31, 2012. Cancellations up to that date will be refunded less $100 to cover rebooking and credit card processing fees. Bookings beyond January 31 require full non-refundable payment, at time of reservation. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.
Breeder's Cup 2011
Due to the ever increasing popularity of the Breeder's Cup weekend, effective 1/27/2011, room rates for bookings that Friday and Saturday 11/4,5/2011, are raised to Queen - $200/night, King $225/night, King hot-tub - $250/night.
